Meet Karyn

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that means “the science of life and longevity”. It is an ancient natural wisdom of health and healing. As a science of self-healing, Ayurveda encompasses diet and nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, rest and relaxation, meditation, breathing exercises, and medicinal herbs, along with cleansing and rejuvenation practices for healing the body, mind, and spirit.

 

Ayurveda is about balance - balance in nature, balance in lifestyle, balance in diet, and balance in the physical and spiritual bodies – including the nervous system.

 

Using Ayurvedic principles, I would like to help you learn how to BALANCE your mind, body and spirit, RESET your nervous system, and RESTORE your creative energy!
